The wrath of God defined:
God’s wrath, in perfect harmony with all of his divine attributes, is his just and righteous response towards sin and unrepentant sinners.
God is who he is. He is all loving, gracious, merciful, AND he is HOLY and JUST. Out of his holiness and justice – flows his hatred and wrath towards sin.
1. God’s wrath is just.

“Babylon the great”
The City of Babylon – known for it’s wickedness, arrogance, self-indulgence, sexual immorality, and brutality towards the people of God. And also for its worship of false gods and leading others astray. In the New Testament – Babylon became a symbol.
Therefore this Babylon is probably some sort of religious system and kingdom of wickedness and godlessness that leads people away from God towards their own destruction.
Call to the church – Proclaim the gospel now.
Call to the sinner – Repent and Respond to the gospel now.
