Divine Enablement

We see in Exodus 4 that God’s divine enablement makes our excuses invalid. When God calls us to do something, he attaches a promise that He’s going to equip us to do it.

God Makes Himself Known

We need to base our understanding of who God is based on who He says He is. Not in what we read on Facebook, a meme with a photo of Jesus, or what a fallen human says about God. In Exodus 3:1-22 God tells Moses who He is and reveals several of His attributes.

Parable of the Ten Minas

Today we will study the parable of the ten minas, a parable told because the Jews believed the kingdom of God was to appear immediately. We will discuss how Jesus is a King in waiting.
