What are Trials?
Trials: adversity, affliction or trouble: sent or allowed by God that serve to test or prove one’s character, faith and holiness. There are two facts about Trials:
1. They are coming: 1 Peter 4:12-13
2. They come in various kinds: financial, relational, physical, emotional, spiritual, professional
Why do they come?
1. They reveal our heart
2. They test and strengthen our faith
3. They produce character
How can we rejoice in them?
Two Words:
1. Consider
2. Produces
What does God want to do in me?
